The treasure itself will most likely be protected by the Palace ruler and/or the Palace ruler's underlings, so prepare for a fight. Try not to fight anything along the way as it will only make things harder for you. It is best to go into the Palace via the safe room closest to the treasure's location. Your final infiltration into the Palace will result in all Shadows being on high alert. You can force your target's treasure to actualise by sending them a calling card. The treasure in itself is the Palace ruler's distorted desires. Because of this, the treasure may not always retain its form in the Palace when brought out of the Metaverse. The treasure of a Palace owner, when inside of the Palace cognition, is typically something that represents who they see themselves as in relation to their Palace and the real world. It is metaphysical while in the Palace since it is not yet a real object until it is brought out. Since Palaces and all that is within them is based on the Palace ruler's cognition, you need to force them to manifest their treasure into a metaphysical form. This is perhaps the most "iconic" action that the Phantom Thieves can do. However, after that, you should be able to complete any Palace in a single run if you conserve your SP and HP properly. For example, the first Palace and the second Palace both cannot be completed upon your first infiltration. Your goal is to find the location of the treasure and to secure a proper infiltration route to it.īuilding off of that, not all Palaces can be completed in a single day.
